Terrible!! Pharmacist flat out refused to give me a Covid booster… after I had made an appointment and was on time at the store! The way the pharmacist treated me was reprehensible. It included asking me my age loudly in front of many customers. And repeatedly stating it was too early to give me the vaccine, even though I was due for it. And saying to come back in a month, and she might give it to me then. And also refusing to look at the information I was trying to show her on the CVS website that showed I was due for a booster! And also not looking to see that my insurance would indeed allow it! Standing right there, I made an appointment 15 later minutes with the CVS 2 miles away. They gladly gave me the vaccine. And billed my insurance accordingly. The pharmacist there was very aware of the CDC guidelines and information on the CVS website about frequency of administering the Covid vaccine.
How a pharmacist could stand there and flat out refuse to give a vaccine when it is due and say that she maybe will give it to me in a month, is beyond my comprehension. Read moreI stopped by around 7:30 last night to pick up a prescription for my father and the girl behind the counter doing the register was clearly in a sour mood.I gave her my slip and she told me it would be about 15 minutes. In the meantime I saw something my father was asking about, a Blood pressure monitor. I am thinking 20-25 dollars for one because there are all different kinds.The least expensive one I got was a wrist monitor Series 400W CVS brand for $60.00. Well I get home follow the instructions to set it up and followed the instructions on how to test, something is clearly not right with this. Both mine and my fathers pressure kept saying over 160. Read moreThere is a young man that works at this CVS. And he has a very nasty attitude. Today makes the 2nd time I have gone into this store and he has the same attitude. And I made sure to take note of his interaction with different customers. And I definitely see a difference. This last a final time going into the store. I was at self checkout and he came to suspend my order while I ran to the car to retrieve my card. And he had removed my coupons from the register.
