I had the absolute BEST experience at A Little Something White. My consultant was Krissy and she was truly a bridal fairy godmother. ALSW was the first shop I went to and the first experience was all I needed for me to want to be ALSW bride. Krissy understood my vision for my wedding day but also allowed me to explore all different styles so I knew for sure what I wanted. She was beyond knowledgable on every dress I tried on and knew different ways I could customize it to be the right dress.

After my first appointment, I had found a dress online that I couldn't stop thinking about and was a dress from a designer that ALSW had in store. They got the dress on loan from the designer, and when it arrived Krissy went above and beyond to show me the dress ahead of my next appointment. When my next appointment came, she greeted me right away and let me try on a few other dresses before saying "YES" to the dress.

I truly cannot say enough how amazing Krissy and the ALSW team was. Krissy's thoughtfulness, thoroughness, and kindness towards me in my first appointment was what influenced me to want to be ALSW bride. I am the mother of the bride and I have been to countless bridal shops through the years with family and friends. By far, A Little Something White provided my daughter the absolute best experience. We worked with Kim who called my daughter before our appointment to walk her through the process and learn about what she was looking for. When we got to the shop, we were greeted with such a warm welcome. Kim pulled some dresses for us and also walked us through the vast selection of dresses they had - a selection greater than any NYC shop I had visited. Kim was kind, generous and helpful. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured. She allowed my daughter to try on her 2 favorite dresses three times each and encouraged her to walk in the dresses around the shop to get a feel for them. She was supportive and open to my daughter’s comments and very patient with my daughter’s uncertainty. Kim wanted nothing but to find the dress that my daughter felt the best in. She also helped us find the perfect veil. Kim made sure my daughter felt absolutely beautiful in her choices. Her kindness and patience made our experience wonderful. I recommend this shop highly - it’s a hidden secret that every bride should know...

What a wonderful experience at ALSW! I am absolutely thrilled with the dress I chose. Cindy was a dream stylist to work with - she was honest and transparent about what they had available in my price range, but also listened very carefully to what I was looking for and brought me a variety of dresses that all matched the aesthetic I was going for and were within budget. So many places will try to up-sell you, but I never felt that pressure. She made the experience an absolute dream and I felt her excitement just as much as my own family when I found "the one."

Even after I picked up my gown, my seamstress noticed a small tear in the bodice that was likely caused by the manufacturer. ALSW stepped up right away, answering my email with calls and text messages to make sure I didn't feel abandoned by them and that they would work with my seamstress to ensure the damage was taken care of at no additional cost to me. Truly impressed by the standout customer service, the attention to detail, and the classiness of this shop! Would recommend to any of my friends...
