Darien Toy Box — Local services in Darien

I placed a frantic call to Darien Toy Box yesterday...I was on my way to a 4 year old's birthday party that I had completely forgotten about. I asked the salesperson if he was able to pick out a toy (in a particular price range) appropriate for a 4 year old girl, take my credit card info over the phone, and wrap it so that I could run in and grab it and be on my way to the party. He described three different toys to me, helped me select one, and had it all paid for and ready to go by the time I arrived...all of TEN minutes later. The customer service was impeccable. This is the worse toy store with horrible customer service. Do no be fooled by apperances. A good friend gave me a gift and when I went to return it the Owner would not accept it because it was past 7 days ! I explained I was from out of town and drove all the way down here to turn it. He said he would then he realizes the receipt was taped to the box and said he couldn't accept it. The LEGO selection here is impeccable. Well above Target for the area and easily competes w LEGO stores without any price increases. They also have a stellar selection of all other sorts of toys for all ages. The staff are great and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend shopping here, especially for LEGO needs as I've found Ninjago City Gardens, The Haunted House and they have the very exclusive Millenium Falcon. Definitely a little bit of LEGO hobbyists...
