WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! Worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. We bought 3 pieces of furniture from here in november: a dining table, couch and chaise lounge. First, the dining table was delivered DAMAGED, with scratches on the top AND the best part was they used wood filler that was different color to fix the scratches. So they knew it was damaged, half-ass fixed it and sent it out to be delivered to a customer who paid full price for a new one. It took a month and a half for them to finally replace. After 2 months of having the dining set, a guest was over our house and was scooting his chair in while sitting at the table and the chair leg broke off. Embarrassing to say the least. It took another 3 weeks for them to send a replacement leg. Finally, after a month of having the couch, guests were sitting on it and the couch completely caved-in in the middle. When we were inspecting the damage, we noticed that they had installed the chair leg in the middle so that it wasnât touching the floor so there was no actual support in the middle. This happened in January and they have still done nothing to repair the couch or replace it. Even after numerous emails. Itâs embarrassing that our Wayfair furniture has faired better than what we have gotten from here. It was such a mistake to buy furniture from them, I have never had such a horrible consumer experience. Save your sanity and do NOT buy from this place. My husband and me spent over $5000. 2 pieces of the sectional. Were Defective they sent a technician to the house He stated on his report that the furniture was defective. The ashley store Lied and said he wrote something else on his Report, and that's why they were fixing the furniture and not replacing it. After speaking to tri-county furniture repair company. I found out that this was not the case. Ashley furniture will not replace furniture if it is defective. They want to fix it in your house. Do not shop here. You can get the furniture cheaper online or from a different furniture company who will stand by their furniture. Because they don't and don't even pay attention to the response to this complaint on Google because they send out a generic response saying thank you for your comments. Please send your information to us and we will get back to you. We have reached out to them several times and all they do is give the run around that is exactly what they will do to you.
