OK. So, I was doing Instacart the week before Christmas. I just got out of work my full-time job and wanted to make some extra money. I got a batch at Micheal's. SO. It was 4 items I needed to grab. I get it. It's a week before Christmas and people are buying stuff and associates are very busy. I waited about 10 min before someone came to help me. They honestly weren't too much help at all considering how packed the store was. I asked for an associate one more time to assist me in finding another item I was very patient (I'm timed as well on Instacart) waited another 5-7 min. An associate named Nellie was so rude to me and treated me like I was bothering her. She was shrugging and saying " I don't know why they send Instacart in here" I literally just said I'm ok and thank you. She never helped me and was so rude. I just told her I'm just doing my job.
