If you guys notice everyone uses their first name here that’s evidence that they negotiated for people to give them five stars on a business that takes advantage of people’s needs. I Walked in with two brand new quality items that I had brand new and sealed in the box. They were gifts that I had kept around just in case but I realize I didn’t need stuff sitting around my garage brand new. I walked in and the initial reaction was to tell me that the tape look like it had been re-taped, which was completely false. They open up the brand new items plugged it in, turned it on without asking any questions, permissions, or what they would offer. They did this without guaranteeing anything or negotiating that they would even pay me anything for it opening it. Decrease the value that I would’ve gladly put online and waited for rather than be ripped off by a pawnshop that isn’t going to respect me or my friend I was with, they were like thieves and started making inferences that it was broken. The woman operating it didn’t know even how to operate the air compressor. She began saying, it doesn’t work and I need a receipt. They opened it up and decrease the value and offered me nothing. These people are unprofessional and thieves. I hope all do better than this place. They were both bigoted towards my friend and extremely unprofessional and told me to f ing get out and completely unprofessional. Please do not enrich...

Sam, the GM- this girl knows her shit. She's is direct and honest, with a side of compassion. Most pawn shops have acquired a somewhat negative rap, due to the nature of the game. Myself, being a frequent 'pawner', I am experienced- through many cities, many pawn shops with many distinctive 'auras' if you will, about them.. This one happens to be close to my house- Sam has treated me like family along with her staff. I would recommend stopping here before all others. Have fun people!

Side note, Sam and her people have actually gone above and BEYOND for me.. Without going into too much detail, I found myself once on the other side of this game, finding my own property within the store, this girl and her staff were locked stock and loaded with the information I needed to get my shit back.. Alas, I was successful, due to this incredible staff, in getting my stuff back!! They deserve to be commended. As there's zero way that this type of customer service is listed as required in the job description.. therefore, I think they Rock the freaking house. thank you...

as is usual, the staff of the store were friendly and helpful, but overwhelmed by the number of customers. they went out of their way to accommodate my shopping experience probably need to test several items and assess them myself.

I don't like EZ pawns new corporate experience, The main threat of which seems to be decluttering stores and stripping down shelves to the point where there are only a couple choices. The reason I go to pawn shops isn't to have a select few curated choices, it's to have a wild variety of unexpected choices for each product category, some of which are amazing bargains, and some of which are priced nonsensically high.

I watched both EZ pawn shops in my area go through this change and they went from fun places to go to where you could find the unexpected, haggle with people, find a products that you never seen before and didn't know existed, to boring stores that you walk through in 5 minutes for the items are so boring and mainstream that you might as well have...
