Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Davenport

1/19/23 @ 8pm. Ordered 1 L Supreme, and 1 L Pepperoni Lovers w/ extra Pepperoni.

Instead got my Supreme with almost no cheese and the toppings were mostly on 1 side

My pepperoni lovers was 2 medium because they ran out of large pan crust (this was fine). A pepperoni lover should be literally covered in pepperoni......mine had MAYBE 30 TOTAL, the cheese was so sparse that there was sauce visible all over the top of the pizza.

I used to work at pizza hut as a teen (20 years ago) back then the pepperoni lover was sauce, very thin cheese layer, pepperoni (all touching and covering whole pizza), generous layer of cheese, then a few pepperoni on top.

A large pizza should have at least 100 pepperoni on it (that's how we were trained), medium should be 75......I ordered AND PAID FOR EXTRA. I should've had TONS of pepperoni.

When someone is paying you for a service or a product, no matter how much you hate your job.......they should get what they pay for.

Too many companies have just thrown customer service and satisfaction out the window these days. Next time I will just go get a frozen pizza, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese and make the pizza I expect myself.

I am so disappointed in this Pizza Hut. I literally cannot beleive that the staff is allowed to talk to costumers the way they do. This is my second experience where i have been treated like an inconvenience for absolutely no reason. I placed an order online. The website said the wait was 30-40 minutes. When i completed the order, the tracker said my order would be delivered in an hour. Not exaxtly 30-40 minutes but i was completely ok with it. After an hour and a half i called and asked when i should expect my order and was told its still being made and then the man i talked to basically bit my head off for even calling. Even after that i told him i understood and he proceeded to HANG UP ON ME! I would never EVER treat a costumer, or anybody at that, the way this employee treated me tonight. 03/12/2020 Worst pizza experience ever!! My girlfriend ordered the big dipper box online, you get the option of all pepperoni, all cheese or half cheese and half pepperoni. She ordered half and half, when she went to pick it up she noticed two pepperoni's were being put in the box and let the lady know and the lady told her that there was nothing she could do about it that corporate told her today 03/12/2020 that only one topping was allowed on this particular pizza but she offered my girlfriend to wait for one half of the pizza to be remade even though the paper my girlfriend signed said half pepperoni and half cheese from the online order and could have been made right the first time. When I called after getting home from work less than 20 minutes after this event the so called manager was argumentative and rude, this is the last time we will ever go near this location. I wouldn't have given one star if it would have...
