Harris Pizza — Restaurant in Davenport

I ordered two small pizzas. They took my # and last name. I showed up within 10 minutes of the time they said order would be ready. I arrived to find out they gave my pizzas to the guy that just left before I walked in. Of course this person has left by now. Employee explains her mistake, offers to redo the order. At first I wasn't interested but my dad really wanted a Harris pizza. So I asked them to please remake the order & I'd wait in my truck. She wrote order up & charged full price. I asked why I had to pay full price when they screwed up my initial order. She looked bewildered that I asked for let alone expected a discount. I did get 50% off but it should have been initiated on their behalf. Not my request. Customer service is as important as the quality of your product. I'll never go back to Harris #4. Disappointed After Long-Awaited Visit

We were excited to finally have Harris Pizza again after over a decade without it. Unfortunately, we found out you can’t dine in anymore, so we placed a takeout order. No big deal—until we drove the 45 minutes home and opened the boxes.

We ordered two large pizzas, and both were almost completely lacking sauce. The flavor was decent, but without sauce, the pizza was dry and hard to enjoy—we found ourselves reaching for water constantly. Sadly, it was such a letdown that most of it ended up going to the dogs.

If we ever decide to give Harris another shot, we’ll be asking for extra sauce and a cup of it on the side, just to make sure we don’t have the same experience again. Very disappointed after such a long wait...

Called and ordered special with large pizza and 12 inch gold rush for $22.40. Was asked if I wanted to add a half order of wings for $5; said sure. Total would be $36.64 and discount would be applied during pick up when showed them the code. Ordered pizza half baked and told him my mom would be picking them up. She gets there and the discount wasn’t applied. Talked to 3 people and all said wings aren’t $5. (I wouldn’t have ordered them if I wasn’t told that). Then the pizzas aren’t even half baked so she had to wait longer, pay more and have cold wings. No discount given like stated and were not nice when they can’t add that $22.40 plus $5 and tax comes out to $29.32. Have eaten Harris for years but...
