Amazon returns. Itâs nice the Kohlâs has Amazon returns but my experience today was terrible. Brought back two returns and as I stood in front of the return counter, I heard somebody yell Iâll be right there have your QR code ready.
Since I had 2 returns, I had one already, and when she came up, she scanned it no issues. It took me a couple seconds to get the second one, and it seemed like she was frustrated that it was taking me too long to find it.
When I did find it, she scanned it, and her little scanner was just twirled around and no receipt or anything printed out. I even questioned her about it, and she said donât worry in a grumpy voice
I came home to find that the first one showed returned on Amazonâs app, and the second one showed nothing. After 20 minutes with an Amazon representative they resent me a QR code, and I had to go back out to Kohlâs and have it re-scanned
I wondered if I didnât notice this if I would ever have gotten credit? Plus the lady was really rude the way she talked and her demeanor

   Read moreBought a ring online. Needed to resize it, so took it to store. I was told due to covid they were not resizing rings at the moment and had no idea when they would be. They suggested taking it to halzbergs. Went there and they said about $70. For comparison took it across the mall to Riddles, I believe it is. They inspected the ring, told me it looked like it had been worn for a couple years and the diamonds were going to fall out soon. Taken aback, I called kohl's. They told me to return the ring and I would be refunded. I wanted the ring. So I asked if they would pay for the repairs. I received a stern no! Return it and you can pick something else of equal value or if they had one of the same I could get it. I told them I bought the ring on black Friday so I got a good price. They texted me a number so they would know about discount for my replacement. Not sure exactly what that meant. Was sure it wouldn't be a $1000 ring though.    Read moreThis is, hands down, the BEST Kohls in Iowa/Illinois! Everyone is always willing to help, it's always clean, and the staff just seems to be on top of their jobs. For example, the cashiers are in tune with the amount of people waiting to check out and they just appear when people are starting to line up. The one manager (her name was Christy I think?) was out on the floor helping customers (us included), maybe this is normal for Kohls, I dunno, but it's not the norm everywhere else we go. I can tell that she is taking the lead in customer service training because the warm & kind attitude I got from her is the same I got from other employees when we need help finding things. Even the Amazon returns guy (Dan?) was fun to talk with, he had a very pleasant disposition & knew quite a bit about the "Love Pop" cards that were on display in front of his kiosk.
