I’ve been diabetic for over half of my life and I’ve tried every sugar free/ healthy food out there, and these products not only taste delicious but they are so filling, far better than any other product I’ve tried, trust me I’ve tried everything in the diet world! And they get my blood sugar under good control and I’m down to 1 shot a day with no meal time insulin! That’s amazing!! One of my favorite recipe is the chocolate cake mix with strawberries, a few Lily’s Carmel chocolate chips and some cream on top! And the “Sweetie” sweetener is out of this world! I make lemonade with it almost daily! Not only are the products good, there is a support group, YouTube videos of recipes and Tamara (the owner) will personalize a “plan” just for you! Started a month ago doing a combo of lazy keto, using Healthy Treats Market products and limiting calories to 1200, so far I'm down 22.6 lbs and 15". I have not tried anything yet that I haven't liked. Cake and bread mixes are amazing and so versatile, they taste amazing and are very filling. Tortillas, chips, coconut bars and sweetie are amazing also. You can make all sorts of good things that taste amazing and keep you on track with your healthy way of eating.
