M&M Nail Hair Spa — Local services in Davison Township

I originally gave this place 5 stars but today was not ok! I'm sorry I have to give you 2 stars but what went on during my appointment was b.s! I had an appointment with CoCo today that has been scheduled for 2 weeks! When I came in there I was greeted and was pointed to a chair that wasn't hers. When she seen that I was there she had me sit in her chair instead, rightfully so because I had an appointment with her! But then one of your other female techs started screaming and yelling at CoCo and making a scene and started accusing CoCo of steal business from another tech which wasn't the case because I had an appointment with CoCo! This screaming not only made me mad but made 2 other women uncomfortable including the client of the obnoxious tech!! This is not how you conduct business nor how your tech should act! This needs to be addressed and the other tech needs to be made to apologize to CoCo for her behavior! I'm so disappointed by the other techs behavior as it was very unprofessional!

UPDATE: come to find out, the nail tech that was yelling at CoCo is the owner! As an owner of a business this is NOT how you conduct yourself in a professional manor and also not how you treat...

Save your money and your nails!!! I’ve never had an issue at M&M until now. The last 3 sets I have gotten, I’ve ended up with a broken nail within a week of getting them done. The acrylic is done too thin. I always looked past it because I work a very hands on job, but that still shouldn’t be happening. I went in yesterday, 5/2, to get my nails removed. I was assuming that it was going to be a soak off, as that is how my nails have been removed at different salons in the past, but I was horribly wrong. I sit down, and the woman takes out what looks like a painting tool, and PRIES my nails off. I kept exclaiming because I was in pain, she would pause for a moment and then continue. My nails are now disgusting to look at, incredibly fragile and cracked all over. This is not at all how this should be done. This ”salon” is filthy, I have seen BUGS crawling on the booth tops, and overall gives off a bad vibe. And now, learning they may use MMA, which is super bad for you, I will never come back. Someone should be contacting the health department about...

This was by far one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a long time. Paid $45 yesterday for a terrible pedicure. The guy was coughing terribly more than twice WITHOUT COVERING HIS MOUTH NOR TURNING HIS HEAD ALL OVER MY LEGS..MASKLESS MAY I ADD. He did not scrub my feet at all, he barely put the scrub on my legs, he didn’t even wrap the heated towel around my legs. The polish on my toes nails are not neatly polished and he asked if I wanted my toes nails cut and somehow they are uneven. They usually conclude with oil at the end and I didn’t get any, it was embarrassing because I was there with a friend and they had a poor experience as well. My friend also mentioned how their toes were cut really bad to the point that they stung when they put it on the water.Overall experience was terrible and would not recommend anyone going here...
