Culver’s — Restaurant in Davison Township

I have been to this location many times and everyone is always friendly. Today I was meeting a friend for lunch and as I was waiting my sugar started dropping so I went in to order. They took my order and my sugar was dropping lower and I told the young lady what was happening and all of a sudden a young man brought me a cup of custard, helped me sit down and and then filled my drink order. He brought my sandwich to me and made sure I was ok. A few minutes later the young lady came over to see if I was feeling better. By that time my friend arrived and she was meet at the door and brought to my table. My sugar had dropped to a very low number and I was getting confused and very jittery and without their help I’m afraid I might have passed out. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names but I want to thank them both for going beyond customer service to help a customer in need! I hope management reads this review and rewards them in some way. So I have not been there in over a year, because they always screw up my order, wrong sandwiches, wrong toppings, or missing sides. I stopped by on Labor day and ordered a deluxe with extra veggies, what I got was a double with nothing but pickles, and onions on it! This place is so bad, it is not even worth going back to complain, they always want to argue with you, and not fix the problem. Maybe I'll try them again in a year or two.

I ordered 2 classics with extra lettuces and onion , and cheese curds . I got 2 classics with nothing on them and cheese curds. So I called them, and then returned the screwed up order they then replaced the 2 sandwiches.but not the half eaten order of cheese curds, I had returned to them. I had a terrible experience here twice. The first time was doordash, our order was only half correct, we were missing an entire meal + some. The second time was curbside service, we got the wrong order and were missing a drink. We told the carhop that we were missing a drink and she went inside to grab it. After that we noticed the name on half our order was wrong. My wife took it back inside she saw my order with my name on it immediately and said “I think mine is right there” to help the woman working because she seemed confused. She very rudely responded “Actually it’s not” with an attitude. She then brought MY order to the car next to us and ended up bringing it back in because it was wrong.
