Aarons has been amazing to me throughout this pandemic and that I appreciate that ,This store has worked with me And has been very patient and understanding during this horrible time in 2020 . I was amazed when I got the chance to speak with the regional manager Chris Eckstein above and beyond customer service ! During this time speaking with him and this store employees I feel like Iâm more than just a â Customer â . During my time talking with Chris he was very knowledgeable and respectful about my concerns and or what was going on . He made me feel as Iâve known him . When speaking with the store employees theyâve clearly been not only taking notes but also listening . That lets me know my they were paying attention throughout this year and I couldnât be more appreciative. If I asked my opinion I would say Chris is getting these stores back to Aaronâs original...

I ordered a bed on 2/12 and when I finally got delivery it was on 3/19 and to come home from a 11 hour shift to finally sleep in a bed (I have been sleeping on a couch and my husband in a reclining chair for 6 weeks) They told my husband that they didnt have the hardware to hook up my headboard and he would call the store. Now get this the store is about 12 minutes away from my house and instead of going to get it my husband was told I will be back tomorrow, so by the time I got home the store was closed so I called at 10 a.m. no answer and 10:30 a.m. no answer so I waited till 12:30 to call and speak to Miranda and was told she is not here today. This is so unacceptable so now I'm being told not until Thurs. The customer service is so horrible and I wish I would of went a different route....
   Read morePeople here are super rude. Showed up to my house over $100 (which I paid as soon as my daughter texted me) and tried to intimidate my daughter because I wasn't home. Threatened to call the cops on her and even told her she was hiding me. Wth? They scared my elderly dog, who ended up peeing in the house, fell in it and couldn't get up because she has bad hips. My daughter had to pick her up out of the pee and give her a bath. When I tried to talk to someone at the store they cut me off, wouldn't let me speak and continued to escalate the situation. I finally told him if he would shut up and listen we could resolve things, so he hung up on me. Called corporate and spoke to a very nice lady. She had wonderful customer service. GO TO ANY...
