DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! DELIVERING DAMAGED ITENMS THEY ARE SELLING AS NEW!! I was excited to replace my old furniture in my den. I went to the store in Dayton TN on December 20th 2024, I found a new couch and slpit love seat that had a console reclined and rocked. I made the purchase and my new furniture was delivered the next day Saturday December 21 2024. I called the store on the next business day Monday December 23 2024 and asked about returning it. Becaued of the poor quality the love seat wont rock, the recliner wouldnt stay in place and kept slipping in the fully reclined position, it was wobbly there were gaps in the back on one side and tight and distorted on the other side and in worse condition that the one I was replacing. I was not asked why or even the chance to give my name the person said," we don't do returns " and they hung up on me. Called back January 2 2025. I was told I would have to use the insurance I purchased and was scheduled for a service call. The tech came on January 18th took pictures and said the fram was severely bent and causing the hard ware not to function properly and it had been dropped hard to bend and twist the way it did and he had never seen one twisted as bad as this one. He took photos and said he would be in contact to set up a time to replace the frame and hardware . What about the wood part of the frame?? It themetal was twisted that bad how could the wood still all be in tact and functional???
I still have not heard anything word back about anything, I have called the corporate office twice no answered either time. I left voicemail and no return call. I still have furniture that was delivered damaged forced to use insurance on something that was brought to me damaged and paying for something that was supposed to be new and good quality! They had to come back out to replace parts of a table that appeared to be a beaver dinner. And her associate scratched a dresser top. I spent 15k to furnish a home. Took 2 months to get it delivered. Most scheduled arrival times were missed. Often, without a call to mitigate. Add to that twice. I called or asked for a quote and never got one. Non responsive or respond after a week or month.
