So everything in the store is used, but also everything was more expensive than some new versions. Specifically filing cabinets: I looked on Amazon and found many comparable cabinets for half the price of those used ones sitting in front of me..

I guess they primarily sell to large businesses who can afford the extra expense, but as an everyday Joe customer, I did not appreciate the higher prices. Especially after hearing their "we're cheap" commercials.

All wood bookshelves on the cheaper side were around $225. Simple tables were starting around $500. Not for me.

Would not recommend. Stopped in on Friday to look at a used reception counter I saw on their website. Was then told that has been sold and their website is not up to date. Okaaaay... so looked at their new furniture. Asked to have a quote written up, was supposed to receive it that afternoon. Gave all my contact info, name, business name, etc. Never got anything. The whole time she was very skeptical talking to me, like she didn’t think I was serious? It was very odd. Either way, we have since bought a more expensive reception counter...

Went in looking for a new office chair. Staff were very helpful in meeting my requirements and staying within my budget. Found a gently used chair for more than half off the retail price of new.
