Upon entering, The store was very messy and unorganized, making it hard to move around or find anything. No employees seemed to care about the mess or be making any effort to correct the problem. Meanwhile, one employee was talking on her phone the whole time, while the other was constantly texting or playing a game on her phone, except when they stopped for a moment to make a rude, nasty and racist comment about another customer that came in after me. Next, I was over charged after being told one price and charged another on my receipt and credit card! After all that, the products I bought were of horribly poor quality and each item had rips, tears & crooked stitching. Everything considered, I will never return to this store and strongly suggest no one else does either! !!!!!!0/10 WOULD NOT...

I love ❤️ this hair store this he is one of the hair stores between Cincinnati and Dayton that has a nice variety of everything in it and I had never sent the deal in so long buy a bundle get a bundle for free very laid-back they have numerous brands of hair they didn’t have a 613 that I want it so I went with the old-school brand by the name of chocolate and the 27 was an in between 27 and 613 it’s hard to find it to this day right now beautiful hair I made a wig out of it and bought a very very nice closure that was also beautiful it was $45 it wasn’t a front of without tracks but it was still very awesome for $45 I didn’t take pictures of the packages of hair but this is what I made from the hair about from that store one of my favorite...

I have come to this store twice now. The first time I was wearing a wig of my own, that a friend helped put on me, and had no idea about anything. I was there for glue bc the glue I had wasn't working for me. Anistasia was so helpful she showed me exactly what to do with a lace front the first time I went in. I unfortunately did not get the second lady's name but the second time I went in I went for wigs specifically. She helped me pick out two beautiful wigs and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase.
