I'm so sick of this tacobell the employees attitudes all suck. Our office usually orders from here once a week and there is always something missing and it's never major but they act like they're always right when they're not I'll literally sit there and show them receipt just like today I'm missing a drink amd I come back and tell them. No your not we gave you a mango and I'm like yes you did but two different orders had one so I need the other one. No no it didn't I pull up the orders and pull out the receipts on the bag. Like why I gotta go through all that and they don't apologize like I'm sorry your right. Like I'm not trying to get anything for free whatever we get we pay for period. Even if they make something wrong we repay for it cause they want to say it's right even though I show them the receipt and tell them they're wrong. Like it's just ridiculous to me. And even the supervisor was out there today and allowed they're employees to speak to me so disrespectful and she goes well you got your drink. Ok but it shouldn't have taken all of that just for me to get my drink. Like obviously customer service isn't for you so if you don't know how to talk to people then maybe you shouldn't be a manager or supervisor whatever she is cause it's not ok to stand there watching and not tell your employee hey your wrong you should apologize there office orders from us every week we don't want to lose their business but to late now cause I'll drive 20 minutes away before I go to that tacobell again cause it's just crazy...
Read moreEvery time I come to this taco Bell there is always some reason they cannot take my order or I am literally sitting in their drive thru for 30 minutes and sadly that is not an exaggeration. I time it out. I came to the drive thru today and I am told that they cannot take any orders because their system is down. I asked how long it would it be until it's up, the person talking said 7 minutes. I could hear a woman saying something about the fact that I am willing to wait 7 minutes as if she was not happy from the tone of her voice because the guy still had his button pressed. Then he proceeds to ask me to pull in the parking lot to wait. This has happened to me multiple times but it is usually later in the day and I am told they can't take my order at all, it happened just a few weeks ago. My boyfriend used to work for taco Bell and he has told me they can use the front register if that one is down. This is just ridiculous, it's the only taco Bell near me and it is by far the worst one I've ever been to. We hate when it sounds good because every time we want it, for some reason it is terrible, bad customer service, sloppy/old food, we wait 30 min for food or can't order at all. Last time I filed a cooperate complaint I never heard back from anyone! I would never recommend this location, I'm honestly surprised they are still open. They give a bad name to all Taco...

Cursing and playing around when they should be working and I had my 8 year old child in the store with me. Not to mention messed our food up and it took so long for them to get it to the counter it was ALL COLD! Waited 20 min at a table for the food, had to have just been sitting back there the whole time. No one doing their job. I have been here three times maybe hoping it was just that day, giving the place the benefit of the doubt but NOPE!!! Drive thru is the same way. Cold food, wait in line for a simple order for at least 20 min with one car ahead of us and take a wild guess...food was messed up and all over the inside of the bag...a mess!
