Subway — Restaurant in Ohio

This store has always succeeded in ruining appetites. I don’t know why I try. I pay extra to get something like sliced avocado and they proceed to smear smashed avocado all over the outside of the sub. And when you order an American club you instead get the veggies you want with sweet onion teriyaki chicken. And when you order sweet onion teriyaki with bacon you instead get turkey and Black Forest ham with the teriyaki sauce. If you want what you pay for, DO NOT GO HERE. The staff barely even speaks English which is probably why you won’t ever get what you want and rightfully pay for. They see an online order come up and immediately get to work coming up with absolute random bullsh** to put on your sandwich. This has happened more than 5 times over a span of a year and EVERYTIME I think to myself ‘maybe they’ll get it next time’ but no. This review will be more about the location that food or service. The person whom runs the establishment only pays 10$ and hour for labor. I haven't heard such a low pay at ANY location around Dayton. It's amazing to me that so many smiling faces at this location, which change frequently, were about to maintain any sort of dedication to their work at 10$. Since we live right down the road, we like ordering from them; however, that ended.

It is my hope you consider an alternative place to eat than this location to make it clear that this is just unacceptable. Sure, you can ignore this, but then those working there will continue to suffer when the ownership should either A) pay a reasonable rate or B) Close shop. So I order door dash and spend $70 and my first order came wrong toasted one sub that shouldn’t have been toasted then my steak wrap came as a sub and my meatball subs was supposed to have extra meat and didn’t and was missing cookies and my churro’s so door dash replaces the missing items and then I get my second order and once again the order was wrong instead of a wrap I now get flatbread steak instead of my wrap I hate flatbread so no dinner for me tonight unless I want to spend more money churros are soggy and gross so someone needs to either teach the workers how to read or the difference between a sub, flatbread and a wrap because two times and still wrong the receipt is the second order which is wrong and of course when I called no one answered thanks for making me either eat nothing or...
