I ordered off their website / app for my fiancee as a early birthday present & Didn't get the merchandises till 3wks later , then had to return them cause they run small. That was in August 2019... They will close lines and take forever cashing out the customer in the only line open despite having an extremely long line full of people with very little items. They often ignore you at the front, they close lines when there are more than enough employees to have two lines.
