I've been a regular here for a while now, but I've gotten to where I don't care to go to this particular location as much anymore. They used to be fantastic and took the time to make things without errors concerning allergies. They've been more careless lately, which has caused issues physically. I was straight up given the wrong order a couple of times or my smoothie was made with items labeled with allergy on it. (My daughter even orders from her own app when we go together so they aren't confused on which is the allergy one.)
ā Also, getting a refund if you order thru the app for this location is annoying and quite frustrating. One day recently I waited about 45 minutes for 1 part of my order. I tried to be patient cuz the girl working should not have been alone like that. She had SO many people and seemed very overwhelmed. (Understandably) I finally couldn't wait any longer due to an appointment. When I asked for a refund, she stated it would be 3-5 days. She didn't take my name or info. Maybe she knows it since I frequent here. Who knows. However, I went back the other day since it had been 10-11 days and I never got my refund (around $12). I was told I'd have to call back the next morning between 8-10am only. That the girl did put in the request and info to the manager, but I guess the manager just decided it wasn't important. I'm left to believe that the manager just figured I'd give up. It's the principle for me. I can't go in there and get something for $12-13 for free. Why do companies think we can let them just take that from us?
I even offered up a solution to just give me what I had previously ordered while I was there and everything would be resolved. Nope. I missed the window to call back the next morning due to other obligations. However, it's ridiculous that the manager would allow this to go on like this! I try to be super patient since I know things get busy. I'll go to other locations for our regular visits.
Another thing to note that I've noticed, a lot of the employees never look very inviting or happy. It's often straight faces no matter how nice or cheerful you are towards them. Maybe that's just today's time. That was never a deal breaker for me tho. Just wish the customer care was something they took pride in and would correct the refund issues. There are 2 other locations that we never have...

At this point, how is it not theft? I paid for something and never received it and they are refusing to return the money. When I went in after 10-11 days, I even offered for them to simply give me the smoothie bowl I already paid for and they refused to do that.
This location used to be so great. I don't know what manager it is but clearly they don't care about customer service or making things right. I've already left a previous review regarding how they have become careless about allergies so I won't elaborate on that right now. I guess I'll continue to leave reviews as they continue to ignore me.

Yet, you can't even explain fully what happened with their limited characters. It's a joke when it comes to customer care! Itās always āfrozenā or too late to thaw it even when Iāve visited in the mornings/afternoons. This evening I called at 5:37 to ask if they had aƧai; they told me to give them an hour to thaw the base. I went through the drive-through at 6:45. She informed me that the base hadnāt thawed enough and she could offer me coconut or pitaya. I opted for the pitaya although what I wanted was an aƧai PB swizzle bowl. Whatever she gave me is extremely runny with a cold soup consistency. I canāt even enjoy it. Itās terrible and inedible. If youāre the manager and youāre reading my review- take down the items that this store is unable to offer from your menu.
