1 own 2 weeks here. 2 bed 2 bath since 2016. The staff is extremely friendly. Ms. Lisa is lovely gal. This time share is part of Interval International. They change with Marriott and Disney. Crises too. While I am here it’s home away from home. Pool is amazing. Right across the street from the beach. In the middle of shops and restaurants. Off of orange ave less than a mile from beach street. Check out the fire luau buffet show. There too on beach street is a new water way walk park and dog park. It’s a must do. Check out ponce inlet and new Symerna beach. Flagler tavern is a must! Beakers is amazing for a hamburger day. About 1 hr and 30 mins south of St. Augustine. This is the best time share with extremely low maintenance tax fee a year. Transfer fee is low if you need to stay a different week with in Daytona Resort and Club. The transfer fee to another time share is around 300.00 then that resort/ time share has a fee. Disney World as of 9/2/2025 is only 200.00. For 1 week! You will love this time share. Love you...

Love this beach so peaceful I only had one bad experience where my stuff was taken, but the people were so nice. They told me who took it and I ended up giving it away to some homeless guy, but besides that it’s always peaceful always kid friendly you can park on the beach. They supply free grills and pavilions with rooftop depending on parking area. Haven’t had a run in with police, but they are present until around 6:30 then all vehicles have to be off of the beach definitely somewhere to go if you happen to...

Daytona beach was so amazing with a lot of my family members not all! We had such a gr8 family gathering there. Fine of my teenage nephews brought Hus fishing poll along and he actually caught a baby shark that had managed to swim up close to shore. We took pictures and put him back inside the water so he could swim back out to deep water's. My kid's I traveled to Florida from Houston with had such wonderful time bonding with family members...
