I was very hesitant to rent a room at the community center based on the reviews I'd read, specifically concerning the security deposit. But I'm happy to say we had the best experience! I rented the Pine room, which is the largest room, for a large baby shower I was hosting. The week before the shower, I went in to pick up the keys and pay the security deposit. I was given a full tour of the room and surrounding area of the building, explained the expectations of cleanliness and rules of the building, and given the keys. We showed up on the day of the shower and had the most perfect event. The space was exactly what we needed and looked so pretty all decorated! After the shower, we cleaned up and put the room back to exactly how it was before we got there. We wipe all surfaces, tables, and chairs, swept, and mopped. I received my full security deposit back with no issues in less than a week. My tip? Be respectful of the space and the rules. If they say "don't prop the outside doors", don't prop the outside doors. If they say "wipe down every surface", do so. Its a very nice rental space and its understandable that they want to make sure everyone treats the space with respect and doesn't cause any damage to the building. Take pictures of the room when you arrive so you remember exactly how it looked when you got there. Reference those pictures as you're leaving so you know exactly how to leave it. Follow the rules and the checklist they provide. You'll be fine if you do this! Very pleased with our experience and would definitely rent from here again.

The tumbling and gymnastics classes have been great and the 3k program is good too.

The place is nice, but the politics, leadership, and rules of this place are absolutely horrendous. This is the worst experience I’ve had renting a space in the Green Bay Area BY FAR. After having our event, we viciously cleaned our rented area according to their requirements for OVER 1 HOUR. We cut our party short to make sure we did everything on their checklist they gave us, exactly how they wanted it. Five days later we conveniently get a call 30 minutes before they close up for the weekend that they are keeping half of our security deposit because of alleged damages, a lack of cleaning done, and “things were out of place.” No more context than that, just “things were out of place.” How convenient. Specifically, they claimed we did not clean the floors, which is as blatant of a lie as there is. There are over 20 people from our event that can testify to multiple people mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming. We even left a note that their vacuum didn’t work, but apparently, according to them, we didn’t clean the floors. We also mopped and swept up their hallways, which WERE NOT part of our rented area but we did it to be nice because we wanted to go the extra mile for them. Still, we were told that we did not clean the floors. Unbelievable. The security deposit was $700, so this isn’t pocket change being withheld. This is not the first time I’ve heard about their malicious behavior, a friend of mine had a party here months ago, and was charged an extra $50 for staying 1 minute past his rented time. He left at 11:01 instead of 11:00 and was charged an extra $50. Like I said, the place is nice, but it is 1000% not worth the hassle of dealing with their administration because they will find a way to take your...

I wouldn’t rent from here unless you don’t want your security deposit back. I had an event here, and we were cleaning up when the night attendant told us we should leave or she’d have to write down we were there passed the time we were supposed to be. I told her we weren’t done cleaning yet, she replied,”it’s fine, I have to go back over everything anyway”. I had gotten one half of the room mopped and picked up, and we were working on the other side of the room when I was told this. Also, they said the kitchen door was left propped open, which I did since the attendant said she needed to go over everything again apparently. I thought I was being helpful by leaving it open. The attendant also told them I was there passed the time we were supposed to anyway lol. I was informed I would not be getting my security deposit back because there were “water and sticky spots on the tables” and the attendant had to spot clean the floor, which I thought she had to do anyway? Or so she said. Also, apparently they mean it when they say don’t smoke within 100 feet of the facility. Stay and clean up anyway even if the attendant tells you not to. Don’t rent from here unless you want to get...
