From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness, color, and an atmosphere filled with creativity and positivity. It’s so much more than just a store—it’s an experience.

Whether you’re coming in to shop for unique, inspiring gifts or participating in one of their amazing workshops or events, there’s a genuine spirit of fun, friendship, and empowerment in everything they do. The staff is incredibly warm and patient, always going the extra mile to make every child (and parent!) feel special and included.

We attended a birthday party here, and I was blown away by the thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The activities were engaging and meaningful, encouraging creativity, confidence, and kindness. Every child left with a smile—and so did the adults.

Due to death in the family, we were unable to have our daughter’s birthday at the friendship factory. Rana the owner was extremely accommodating and understanding of the circumstances and didn’t give us any hassle when we had to cancel last minute. Not to mention she was so accommodating along the way and is so helpful in helping to plan every small detail. This only makes us more eager to celebrate our daughters birthday next year at the friendship factory. The staff was also extremely nice and inviting, and we look forward to working with them...

We came in for my nieces birthday party and it was a blast!. There was so much to do- they had stations set up. The girls got hair and nails done and made custom bags. While they waited there was coloring. Upstairs was a room for karaoke, dance and eating. All activities are well organized. Staff is super sweet and helpful. The entire space is spotless!
