If you’re looking for a dining experience that combines elegance with extraordinary flavors, Pine Coast is a destination you won’t want to miss. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere invites you to unwind and savor the finest culinary creations. I began my meal with an appetizer that was an absolute delight, bursting with freshness and carefully balanced flavors. For the main course, I opted for their signature Smash Burger and it did not disappoint. The burger was cooked to perfection, with a juicy patty that was seared to create a crispy, flavorful exterior. The toppings were fresh and vibrant, while the bun was soft and toasted to add the perfect texture. Every bite was a true masterpiece. The side dishes were equally impressive. The crispy Cajun fries were golden and crisp, coated in just the right amount of seasoning that added a smoky, spicy kick to each bite. Whether paired with the burger or enjoyed on their own, they were a true highlight. I also had the chance to try the ranch dressing, and it was exceptional. Creamy, smooth, and perfectly balanced, it elevated every bite of the fries and added a rich, savory element that truly stood out. The quality of the ranch was top-notch and definitely worth mentioning. To finish, I indulged in a Lotus/Biscoff milkshake, and it was an absolute treat. Rich, creamy, and bursting with the signature flavor of Biscoff cookies, the milkshake was indulgent without being overwhelming. The balance of sweetness and smooth texture made it the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. Pine Coast is not just a meal, it’s an experience. From the impeccable service to the thoughtfully curated menu, every detail has been designed to provide a memorable and luxurious dining experience. If you’re looking to treat yourself to something special, Pine Coast is the...

Read moreCan I talk about how much I love this place? This was our first stop after arriving in the area and checking into our hotel. The inside is beautifully decorated and I love that there are multiple options for ordering. They have a kiosk, or you can scan a barcode, or you can order at the counter. The menu was so enticing that it took our group a while to make a decision. We were all interested in the Isle Royale (salmon sandwich), so decided to split it as an appetizer. It was really good! I think a bit more slaw would have made it even more amazing. Among the table, we also had The Superior, The Mackinac, The Huron, and The Michigan (salad). We tasted each other’s food and everything was great and flavorful! The sweet potato fries were the best and I’m typically not a fan. Pine Coast Cafe also has an extensive coffee selection. I had the mocha iced latte and two other guests had the iced chai latte. They were good, but super light. We enjoyed them. However, if you like a bit more of a strong coffee flavor on your lattes, this may not hit the mark. Other than that, the staff were super nice, helpful and awesome! Also, there’s plenty of parking in the back of the building. I highly recommend...
