My husband filled a prescription on 10/11/18 and was not working well. He called his pcp for a diffrent prescription on 10/25/2018. We picked up new prescription. In December Walgreens text that his prescription is ready for refill . I go pick it up In December. It was the wrong medicine. They had refill the first prescription from 10/11/2018. We didnt realize it was wrong prescription because he doesnt take it everyday. I still had new bottle from wrong prescription not used and did not look at it. Today I get a text again refill ready. I get there young man states we do not have a refill. I told him you guys text me a prescription is ready its the same phone number look. Now this is twice in December and January that I get a text that medicine is ready I get there and its not I have proof on my phone. He said come back in 20 minutes. I decided to pick it up because its good to be ahead of your refills. I get home and look at the name of December prescription and realized wrong prescription filled twice.I called store you guys refilled wrong prescription twice.The names were similar I called them right away to inform them of mistake. I stated I will bring back the bottle with bag still stapled they said no cannot give me ten dollar refund. I stated its 10 dollar copay for other prescriptiom can you exchange you made mistake. She would not admit they made mistake. It's my fault I didn't check prescription. I will never go there again. Luckily I caught mistake they didnt . I wonder how many other prescriptions...
Read moreI don't know what it is about this pharmacy at this location but, the customer service could use some work. The pharmacy is so impersonal. After 3 years of going to this Walgreens you would think they would know me on a first name basis. I used a Walgreens in Philadelphia and after my first visit the lady that worked the checkout and drop off knew my name after the very first time she waited on me and I guess that's why I stuck with Walgreens. It's sad that I can't say the same for this store. My other complaint is they are very slow at filling prescriptions. Again, the longest I ever had to wait for a prescription to be filled at another Walgreens...

My wife saw the doctor on a Fri. morning (9:45) and her prescription wasn't ready until Saturday. I saw the doctor on a Tue. at 1pm and again my prescription is still not ready at 10am the next day. Very poor customer service all of a sudden.
