came in here when in a hurry one day to ship some headlight housings and mentioned that they were somewhat fragile and they were actually repackaged up to industry standards (I reused the box and packing that my new lights came in to ship the old.) I asked what the cheapest method available and got charged $56 and 2 dollars of that was for 200 in insurance and wasnt qouted any other options. My package arrived with a broken headlight and I went to file a claim with usps to find no inaurance on my package. I ran the dimentions and weight for a qoute through usps to find 39 dollars and a faster method. Usps told me this business was charged 35 dollars to ship this package. I dont know if they normally charge around 60 percent more to ship a package.... I feel I was taken advantage of and now I cant even get a claim filed through usps. After speaking with the manager of this location and being treated very rudely on the phone I called the owner and found that they use a third party insurance company and I have to take pictures of the broken Item and the box? The box seems irrelevant to me and what would I do if the person buying these lights disnt save it. Luckily they did and Ill be jumping through these hoops to get the claim filed. My main concern is the price percentage markup for shipping an item and for the unprofessional way they offered usps parcel select for $56 when they paid 35 and it was only $39 for me to use the post office to send priority. It took 8 days or more to arrive and couldve been done half as quickly and It says on the USPS website that items shipped this method are often tossed and jostled and they have warnings listed. If I ran this kind of business I would make the customer aware of this. These people that run this place want to blame customer error when in fact I feel they should admit to wrongdoing. I will be filing a BBB complaint against them for this as well... BEWARE just go elsewhere. not worth the headache if your a busy...

I made a comment that the box looked awfully worn down and hopefully my niece won't mind. When she received the packaged and facetimed me I realized that Brie at the front counter had wrapped the box to make for a much more aesethically pleasing delivery.
It was such a thoughtful gesture, and one that truly went above and beyond. That kind of personal care and attention is something you just don’t get at UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
