We went in on Sunday, April 27, 2025, unexpecting to leave with a new sectional. We just wanted to check out the store and sales. We were greeted at the door by Sam DeBoer with a smile and introduction. She asked what we were looking for, and I said nothing really, just seeing what you guys have since we have never been in. She said no problem, feel free to browse and come get me if you have any questions. We browsed the store, sat on a few couches, really looking at everything they had. She touched base with us and asked me if I was looking for a blue couch. I said, "Well, I'm being drawn to the blue couches." I was very delighted to know that she was noticing what I was actually looking for without harassing us with question after question. Upon further discussions, we found out the one couch I kept going to was the last one. They discontinued the model. They offer a 5 year refundable warranty for a reasonable price and fully worth the money. So needless to say, without the harassment and pushy-ness of a salesperson, we walked out new sectional owners. They offer delivery for a fee and it was flawless. The delivery guys are very careful and courteous. They even showed up before the scheduled time! I will be sharing my positive experiences with them throughout our community. Recently purchased some couches from Jessica and was ultimately just impressed. From not having the greatest past with her, to her serving me at Texas Roadhouse. She didn’t skip a beat being our waitress. As if she didnt remember the past. One of the best waitresses I’ve had to be honest. Then fast forward. Dealing with so much in life right now, we walked into the furniture store and she walked right up. Helped us decide step by step. She knew so many facts about each piece of furniture. Had me wondering how she could remember so much! After talking and sharing details about our current life situation. We sat on couch after couch. We walked up to some ready to do the test sit down and Jessica said I think these personally may be my favorite. I said oh. Ok. Why? She explained why. She helped us get set up. Quick and professionally, despite some minor technical issues with the system they used. She got it all taken care of and set up delivery. The couches changed the whole vibe of my living room. She is still helping me look into bar stools and area rugs. She definitely did her thing for this one !! She is first off professional as ever! But altogether sweet and understanding. Great customer service! Was greeted at the door by Alaina and she was very helpful and friendly! She was able to get us a great price on the perfect sectional for our home. While she was taking care of the ordering process for us, Ruslan was giving us details on the delivery process and prices, which we very much appreciated! Their other associate, Kyleah, was working with another customer when we came in, but she was sure to still greet us and wish us the best as we were leaving. This was a great difference to the Ashley homestore that is in the Target parking lot on Mound, as we were not greeted, nor given any information on the sectional we wanted to buy, or the delivery process. The associate, Karen, that "helped" us at that store seemed as though we were inconveniencing her day, and she clearly had no interest in selling us any furniture. We are so glad we went to the outlet store to shop, and now we have our sectional ordered and can't wait for it to arrive! We will definitely return here in the future to...
