Hi, My name is Phyllis and I was there on 3/02/2017. They are very professional people and take very well care of their client. It took 6 hours for the medium box braids I wanted, but well worth the wait. If you are on time it is especially well worth the wait. and and you make a appointment so they know what you want. My only problem is me.....I hate to admit that that I have a spinal cord injury so sitting long and and leaning my head back at the end for the hot water to set the braids is a problem for me. I know if I would have let them know this was a problem for me they would have found a way to it to be easier for me. But I am too proud to let my physical problems distract me from what I want and that is my problem. I enjoy watching their TV station and the interactions we shared. I will be back their to get my braid refreshed from now on. I was also informed on how to take care of the braids especially since I have a weak hair line. And thank you to the stylist who came after me, once they were through with the braiding process to give me the earring that I left. You all were very professional. My experience at this business with the owner was horrible; I will never use her services again, nor recommend her. She was very unprofessional and rude. I paid her $210 upfront because that’s her policy (which I thought was sketchy) only to be extremely displeased with her work. The hair she provided was cheap. She used holding spray (pump it up) at my roots which made the braids very hard and stiff and she did not listen about the sizing of the braids I asked for. When I voiced my concerns, she became very combative raising her voice and was not accommodating at all. I discontinued her services and asked for half of the funds back in which she refused. I wasted time AND money. I am livid! I’ve been wearing braids and twist off and on for years; I know how they should be installed and more importantly, I know how I like my hair to look. I was a client that paid for a service that wasn’t rendered all the while enduring unbelievably poor customer service....

I’ve been going to this place for at least 8 years or longer.. within 6 days I’ve had about 15 box braids come out and when I contacted her to fix it her reply was that I should just get someone else to do my hair and I paid her $180 dollars hoping that my hair would last me until after I have my baby next month.
