I searched for weeks trying to find this company..I remembered while searching on day that they did my brothers 10th birthday back in 2020. Found through a Facebook message search and was able to contact them. I was so excited to book with them for this milestone. I called and asked a ton of questions because I wanted to make sure what I was signing up for and paying for. I mean 2020 was four years ago and I couldn't remember everything. I have seen these signs in my neighborhood. At school functions an so many other places. Always so put together. I ordered on the Thursday before my daughters birthday paid. We went over everything. They also told me they hadn't gotten any new inventory over the years. So I chose the unicorn thought my daughter would like it. (Who knew double digits would come with so many changes)!They told me they'd be out around 12-6 the day before. Completely fine. We both forgot it was Father's Day. Came home found out my daughter wasn't as into unicorns. Called on Friday to see if I could change it. I mean it was my mistake so I definitely wouldn't have been upset if I couldn't because I didn't know. Didn't get an answer so I called back in Saturday. Spoke to a very nice young lady and she said that they didn't have a delivery for Sunday. This mom was freaking out. She said she'd reach back out once she heard from the manager. I called again around 2 because I hadn't heard anything and they closed at 3 on Saturdays. Didn't want to miss them again. She still hasn't heard. I did ask her if I could change the unicorn to the crown since that was my intended reasoning for calling and we were waiting for the manager. She did call back before 3 manager said she forgot to put it on the calendar and let me know that it would be later in the day because it was Father's Day. I immediately apologized because I forgot about the holiday. And I said I completely understand they could deliver as late as they needed too because I didn't want to take them away from there family. I get it. And that would have men extremely rude and heartless on my part they were doing me a favor. And honestly maybe I should have just cancelled the order. We got home after they set up in Sunday around 7:10. No clue what time they came but I was excited to see it. And my daughter didn't see it so it would be a birthday surprise. Go to look and one of the pieces had fallen forward. No biggie I'll go pick it up. Except when I picked it up it didn't stand up. Okay maybe I need a mallet to push it down. Still didn't work. Okay. Let me dig a deeper hole so it can sit down in it. Nope didn't work. So now I have this sign that is the one to have my daughter's name on it and I can't even get it to sit up. Now I'm getting upset because I feel like it was rushed when the order could've just been cancelled and refunded. I get it was the holiday but people have holiday birthdays all the time and I still see great work from the company. When I looked at my daughter's name on it I was even more disappointed. It wasn't clean. Looked rush and at this point I gathered that I was an inconvenience to them and it just didn't matter. Which all this brings me to my post today. We propped the cupcake up with a chair and I would say it would work for pictures but for me it doesn't because this is something I paid for and should be excited about.
