Every single month I have to call tech support for my internet. I'm not even done paying off the equipment yet. Internet speeds are random and unreliable. Sometimes we can have four different devices streaming and/or gaming. Other times we can't even check an email on one device. At least we can still get a few TV channels from the antenna. Also, we like to read real books.
I'm also getting pretty tired of the cell service too. About 75% of the time I only have one bar. The data is laughable. Of course, the data wouldn't bother me so much if their internet would work.
Oh, and don't even bother with trying an international plan. I tried that on a trip earlier this year. My phone only worked when connected to wifi. I'm so glad I paid the extra $100 for that in April.
