I love some things I have eaten, liked some and hated at least one item. I'll let others review the buffet. From the menu rather than buffet I found to be very good: Italian Chicken, walnut shrimp. I found to be pretty good: egg fu yong, Singapore mei funn. And I found to be terrible: Chef's Special Lemon Chicken. The sauce was horrible! Maybe it was made wrong? I haven't had the courage to try again! Service: Some people there are excellent, friendly and helpful. A few are just average. It may have to do with their comfort level with English; one of the two young guys is great, and a young (27?) lady is also great. One older guy is friendly, and glad you are there. Then We tasted the eggrolls and they seemed a little bit off, so We asked What kind of meat they put in it. Read moreThe quality of the food has never been good here. It's got a nice selection, hot food, but the meat is always gristly or a bit off, as are most of the other stuff. The dim sum and stuffed mushrooms always looks like they've been out for hours.
