Macy's — Local services in Dededo Municipality

I went to Finish Line Shoe department at Macy's Guam. I found a shoe that I liked asked the sales associate "Nicole" for my size, she said she would check but she stood around. Apparently because two male individuals arrived, who looked around for about 5 minutes and also asked the sales associate for a different size. She tended to these guys, that arrived after I did, bringing them multiple shoes. She never brought me the shoes, never acknowledged me after that. After waiting for about 15 minutes, thankfully another Associate by the name of "Alfred" arrived and tended to me. Nicole you should be fired, what a shame you are to such a wonderful company you work for. You are the exact type of person that should not be working in customer service...

I was in the women's area looking at some watches that didn't have a brand marking identifying the maker. I really like watches and was very curious about these as they were boxed with bracelets. So I asked an employee behind the counter as to what brand they were and I immediately knew she either really needed the bathroom or she just didn't want to assist me or respond to my inquiry as she said they were related to Fossil brand watches. I knew she was just making something up like I was just going to believe her. Without hesitation she just walked away. I wasn't even done with my inquiries, but it didn't matter to her. Well...there goes good customer service. Macy's needs to improve...

This review is for the Macy’s cashiers and their amazing customer service - especially for CC who helps us out any time we come to the store.

We had a return for an item that was supposed to be at a lower price and she remidied the situation immediately. This isn’t the only time she has assisted us, there are many other times when we just had a question or needed to know more about an item. She is the reflection of the training that Macy’s gives to their employees.

We’ve seen how CC works not only with us, but with other customers and it is consistent, considerate and very professional. Thanks CC!!! And God bless to all the Macy’s employees working hard this...
