InglĂȘs: Iâm a resident of Crystal Lake, I am in the second year of contract. All the doubts I have and questions regarding the monthly fee, Manager Dominique is never available, I make an appointment and appear on the day, she treats me like trash taking the hurry out of the office, makes me leave with all doubts without any clarification, me she says she can't do anything that are the norms said by the owner, that she can talk to her to contact me and I never get back. Our rent is worth a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bedrooms. I was dismissed and humiliated by her, she left there upset and without answers, I no longer know who I can resolve or talk to in relation to the condominium I live in! I entered this condominium thinking it would be a good home and today I live where I pay dearly and do not receive any assistance. I've had the same problem 4 times before, in relation to the same thing, she told me she didn't have my old insurance details, I canceled the new insurance because it was the number she had given me, when I went to talk to her, she couldn't do anything! Until the other woman who worked there helped me, she found the alleged documents that she âdidnât haveâ and resolved them in an instant, but unfortunately now there is only this Dominique where communication with her is 0%, she doesnât give us space to speak, I repeated things as if I did not understand and do not play the role of a Manager clarifying and solving problems. Not to mention that she always has an important call that she can't even go to the door to meet the residents of the condominium, makes hand signals that she can't speak and leaves us planted at the door, we have to be very lucky even to get 5 minutes listening to her speak and not answering any of the questions. I am very disappointed with the assistance that The Club Crystal Lake gives me.

Todas as dĂșvidas que tenho e questionamentos em relação a mensalidade a Gerente Dominique nunca estĂĄ disponĂvel, marco horĂĄrio e apareço no dia, ela me trata como um lixo me tirando as pressas do office, me faz sair com todas as dĂșvidas sem nenhum esclarecimento, me diz que nĂŁo pode fazer nada que sĂŁo normas ditas pelo dono, que pode conversar com ela para entrar em contato comigo e nunca mais tenho retorno. Nosso aluguel estĂĄ no valor de um apartamento de 3 quartos sendo de 2 quartos. Fui distratada e humilhada por ela, sai de lĂĄ chateada e sem respostas, jĂĄ nĂŁo sei mais com quem eu posso resolver ou conversar em relação ao condomĂnio que vivo! Entrei nesse condomĂnio achando que seria um bom lar e hoje moro onde pago caro e nĂŁo recebo nenhuma assistĂȘncia. JĂĄ tive 4 vezes o mesmo problema antes, em relação a mesma coisa, ela me disse que nĂŁo tinha meus dados de seguro antigo, fiz o cancelamento do novo seguro pois foi o nĂșmero que ela havia me passado, quando eu fui conversar com ela, ela nĂŁo poderia fazer nada! AtĂ© que a outra mulher que trabalhava lĂĄ me ajudou, encontrou os supostos documentos que ela ânĂŁo tinhaâ e resolveu em instantes, mas infelizmente agora sĂł tem essa Dominique onde a comunicação com ela Ă© 0%, ela nĂŁo nos dĂĄ espaço de fala, repeti as coisas como se eu nĂŁo tivesse entendido e nĂŁo faz o papel de uma Gerente esclarecendo e resolvendo os problemas. Sem contar que ela sempre tem uma ligação importante que nĂŁo pode nem ir atĂ© a porta atender os residentes do condomĂnio, faz sinais com a mĂŁo de que nĂŁo pode falar e nos deixa plantada na porta, temos que ter muita sorte mesmo para conseguir 5 minutos escutando ela falar e nĂŁo responder nenhuma das perguntas. If you think of renting here be aware that you could be doing the worst mistake ever, at the begging everything is nice, the apartments are ânewâ but the appliances are cheap, when we move we had to use the laundry from the other apartment in front of us because our never used dryer machine never worked, but we fought that was just a bad coincidence, them the stove broke 3 times in a month and instead of changing the whole thing they just keep âfixingâ, and when you think could not get worst, MOLD on every single window, vents and closets wall, we report to the office and guess what was Mrs Dominique response, âyou shouldnât put your ac to lowâ , and I didnât even mention the parking problem that we have here, 6 parking spots for visitors that are always occupied for residents all day 24/7 because apartments with 2/2 just have 1 parking spot and when you mention that is not going to work for you and you have two cars they going to lie saying they going make work but once you sign in they doesnât care anymore, even if you pay for an extra parking spot you have the chance of getting here and there is none parking spot for you, and your car and your visitors cars are going to be towed even if correctly parked and registered, donât even think you can bring this to discuss in the office or other subject if Mrs Dominique is the one there, because she is very rude for no reason, even a simple question like â did my box was delivery at the office by any chance ?â Can make her get an attitude on you instead of just saying âno, Iâm sorryâ, she only going to be nice if she is trying to make you sign in for a lease contract, but once you are enrolled things change real quick, and also is worth to mention that the alarms from the building go on during late in the night, early morning for no reason at all. A lot of apartments are available here and they are giving discounts for new residents because every day that is people leaving this complex, I wonder why ?, weâll if you like to be mistreated, having issues that will not going to be fixed, this is the place for you, otherwise, DONT MOVE HERE!!! * the day that we are moving, just putting stuff in the truck, while my husband went upstairs to grab more boxes, Dominique approach to me and said : Thanks for the review, my boss knows that they are all fake and you lying!! Now not even just had a terrible experience but also have her come to me with an attitude making fun of my experience, not even take the review and try to improve herself and work harder to get better on the points that didnât work out, she even mention that my husband eat free donuts that they put in the the lobby, saying that he was pretty happy eating those, this my people is the level of disrespect that we get from our manager...
   Read moreQUICK UPDATE SEE THE REVIEW FROM BRUNA DITOCCO ITS MY WIFE I got a rental car since my car was at the body shop due an accident that another person cause it, I went to the office to get a temporary parking permit sticker, and again Dominique was very rude saying that she couldnât do anything,saying that I supposed to pay extra for another parking spot which I already pay for it, after a long time trying to speak with her and being humiliated by her, she said she was going to call her boss and see what she could do it,( we have the same situation once we move here and Jana the other lady that works in the office was very helpful and handle the situation and resolve the problem at the same time) and she supposed to get back to us by the end of the day, so we registered our car as a guest and by the end of the day no call at all, one day go by another and nothing of her getting back to us, so we had a guest that parked at the guest spot but as we already had one car registered we couldnât register the other car, and my guest had his car towed away after 1 hour parked, we went to the office and then she give us the temporary sticker but said that even was a mistake by the building and towing company they would not refund us. Last but not least: I ask for a recommendation letter so we could leave this place to Dominique, just saying that we paid out rent ALWAYS on time or way before the due date, and she put more difficult in that task as always with everything she does to make everybody lifeâs miserable here in this building, not counting as well that we bought a new car and registered as a guest since when we got back here the office was closed and we couldnât get the new sticker for it, so our permission to park ended 12:29 and we had to wait to expire so we could register again until the morning, but at 12:32 just 3 minutes after expired they towed our brand new car, we went to the office in the morning, again nothing they can do as always, so we went to pay to get our car back, the towing company didnât want to give us the car back saying that we need more proof that the car was ours, even showing the registration, contract for the car, prof of insurance, my documents, everything! We had to call the police so they could give our car back, the guy at the towing company was not wearing a mask, gloves, was all sweaty with a sleeveless shirt and he enter in my car drove outside and didnât sanitize anything after, left the car a mess and dirty. So if you still think you like to be in a place that you going to be mistreated as long as your lease say that you will, this is the place. Good job Dominique for making a potencial wonderful place to live...
