The people at the register are racist! I went in there to buy some rum and they watched me the whole time, then when I go to to the register to pay, the skinny guy asked me for my ID. I gave it to him thinking he just wanted to check if I was old enough to drink, then I proceeded to put my card in the chip reader to pay, he grabs my card compares it to my ID and asks "whose card is this?," I told him it's my boyfriend's card, he tells me "I can't let you use the card because it's not you card." First of all what law is that? There is no law that says you cant pay for liquor with someone else's card! As long as you have permission from the owner to use their card, then you are fine. People use their mom, cousin, boyfriend, wife cards all the time. I live with my boyfriend we use each other cards, cars, etc all the time. Not a true discount liquor store. Retail prices just like Walgreen's liquor store. Owner has gotten Greedy. Example of greed is he removes 1 oz free samples of various liquors from individual products and sells the little bottles of samples for $1.19, has them sitting on the check out counter; no doubt illegal. Prices are Retail not discounted. Raised his prices on pints and half pints. I don't go there anymore and my friends don't either. Greedy owner.
