Munchy’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

I was a big fan of Munchy Pizza. Recently, I had a small celebration for my son's birthday and invited some people over. I’ve always suggested to people that they should try Munchy Pizza, and to celebrate my son’s birthday I ordered it for pickup. I purchased four Large pizzas, but unfortunately, two of them were burnt. I saw some people eating the pizza with disgust on their faces. When I noticed that the second pizza was burnt, I apologized and threw away the remaining slices. Unfortunately, the last pizza was also burnt, so I took some pictures and made a video. It was already late at night, so I didn't try to contact the pizza place right away. The next day, I waited for the same time I ordered the previous night in order to talk to the same crew, so I contacted the merchant to request a solution for the 2 pizzas only, but they refused. I was accused by the owner of faking a burnt pizza. I reached out to them because I also run a business and as a business owner, I understand the impact this kind of issue can have on a business. I wanted to inform them about their employees' work and the lack of supervision. If there was someone to ensure everything was going smoothly, I wouldn't have received half of my order burnt like that. It's unfair that the merchant kept my money when the pizzas were inedible due to being burnt. Second time ordering, second time regretting it. Ordered through Uber eats this second time around, everything was off from the beginning. The order adjusted in price so I called them directly, and the guy who answered said that Uber eats hasn’t updated their prices, and that the deal I chose had increased $3. I said ok no problem - did not argue, I just wanted to understand the upcharge. 45min went by and nobody had picked up my food yet and the app still said the store was preparing the food. I called them again, same guy, said Uber eats must be very backed up because someone picked up my order 20min ago and should be arriving in 6-7 minutes (again, odd.) Uber eats did not update or show that a driver picked up my food, or that somebody was on the way. This has already been another 20min. I contacted Uber who gave me a refund and canceled the order. Then I finally receive a phone call from a local number, with the person delivering my order - I receive a cold, disgusting pizza, cheese was stuck to the pizza box, the pizza box had a dent in the middle, chicken wings seemed microwaved and inedible. The pizza was disgusting, crust was extra thick and absolutely no taste, the pizza didn’t even seem all the way cooked. I don't recommend ordering from here at all!! My friend placed an order for a 28 inch pizza on GrubHub, & not only did the woman from the restaurant say it would take an hour & forty five minutes to prepare it after the order was placed, but they won't make it unless he paid an extra $25 dollars even though we already paid $50 dollars just for the pizza alone.They claimed GrubHub was undercharging the pizza & the price was incorrect. They immediately cancelled the order even though they claim GrubHub had cancelled it, meanwhile the GrubHub representative said the restaurant had cancelled the order. The owner, Idal Bercofu, later called my friend afterwards & tried to convince him to place another order through the restaurant & pay the extra $25. Idal then called my friend again & said to him that karma will bite him back because one of us wrote a bad review after the whole experience. This restaurant is a huge scam & I don't recommend spending any money there. We were excited to try the pizza regardless, & mind you we were willing to spend $80 for our order, but due to poor management & unprofessionalism & then cancelling our order unless we dished out another $25. It was all a fluke and a scam. Very shameful and sad...
