Emir's Supermarket — Local services in Deerfield Township

I visited Emir's Supermarket and had a disappointing experience. A customer politely asked for a specific cake, but the staff gave her a different one without explanation. The employee serving was a disabled young man, and while I respect his effort, proper training and supervision were clearly lacking. I decided to leave without buying anything. For a store with high prices, the customer service should meet basic standards of respect and attentiveness. I do not recommend...

I first want to start off by complementing the service. When I called to order, they greeted me immediately and asked to take my order. After I ordered, they delivered at the time they promised and most importantly, the meat came in fresh; I have a lot of experiences with buying meat and it turning out bad.
