I recently bought a high end unit from this shop. I had a good experience from start to finish. Some miss communication over the phone but everything was cleared up when I got to the shop. I will recommend anyone that is looking to get into a custom computer to go to them. Just know that when you are buying a unit its just the tower. nothing else is included with the price beside warranty. keyboard and mouse are sold separately. (kind of like buying a really awesome toy but batteries sold separately is printed on the side in small print) Now for the unit I bought. I do have a few issues at the PRICE POINT. I have only one storage unit, RGB and the cooling for the case isn't very good (again at the price point that I paid) 1.) Storage: having one 2tb m.2 is a lot of storage but it only one spot for everything from cache to game file storage. I will be adding another storage unit it the system when I get the money for it but at the price point I paid having just a HDD for storage would of been nice to have to begin with. 2.) I don't have full control over all the RGB that is in the case just the 3 fans on the AIO, the RAM, and the LCD screen on the cooling block. (if there is away to control everything else I haven't been able to figure it out) 3.) I don't have fans in the front pulling fresh air into the case and the AIO is pulling air in from the top but that is only pushing hot air into the case which has only one fan in the back for exhaust. (again its just the issues I have at this price point is all)

Overall I am happy with the computer and have been enjoying it. I will be looking it to getting the extra things I want added to the system being done by them. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and local. Which in my book wins hands down most of the time when dealing with the automated systems from big name custom pc companies. I have made several trips to the store. The first was questions to see if they could fix my problem. The technician spent a lot of time with me explaining all the different choices I had, the costs and what else could be going on. I returned to have the computer repaired and another replaced. Dale was again very very courteous and patient as I am not wise about computers and asked a lot of dumb question. He figured out what I was talking about and what would best suit my needs and again gave me different options and costs. He asked me what I would be using my computer for long term which also made a difference on what product I needed. Everything he fixed for me was right the first time! I have gone back to increase my computer speed and capability to handle the larger files I am now using and again Dale was quick and thorough. For anyone still learning the ins-outs of pc's & need a trustworthy place to shop OR get repairs.. I highly recommend Best Price Computers. Don't waste money buying something anywhere else, as you'll get the most out of youre money here, as well as name brand parts. As someone who made the mistake of buying a pc through facebook prior to meeting Dale (We all make mistakes) Im super satisfied after my purchase & having a warranty makes things even better. Its also very refreshing to see someone care so much about having a good reputation in the community.

The ONLY issue i ran into was due to my own excitement & rushing out the door with my new pc without the power cord. After heavily researching everything in my specs, im pretty satisfied with the price i paid as well!
