Wife has a nice vintage (1970's) trumpet from our high school days taken out of storage flushed and gone over. We dropped it off at the local store (Toledo, Ohio) at which we received very good service. The trumpet was sent to thier Defiance, Ohio store where they do all thier service work. An issue cropped up with a sticky valve a week or so after getting it back, so we took it to the Defiance Store (35 miles away) after she talked with Drew, the trumpet man. We met Drew at the store and he spent probably 30 minutes with us understanding her issues, making suggestions and then fixing the issues. Well worth the drive!...
