A Crate Deal Liquidation Outlet — Local services in Delapre Township

I have been here several times and also purchased several pallets at the BIG Crate Store. This place isn't worth spending your time at half the items are broken and no exchange/refunds. I have seen the restocks get handed to people just camping and waiting for hours so when they post on Facebook that a restock is happening don't bother cause 5 other people are waiting in the store for these items. I did offer suggestions to handle the restocks better but was told to not worry about it. Then I got removed from posting within the FB group cause I asked a question what kind of business does that? Talk about avoiding the topic! Disappointed and doubt this store will make it long treating customers this way..... disappointed in A Crate Deal here....Here is a screenshot of our conversation so everyone can see what was really said here. Went today, January 14th. Saturday probably wasn’t the best day to go. Like a Black Friday mad rush of old.

Product wasn’t what I had expected or heard of in the past or what I’ve experienced at other stores out west, bigger cities though so not 100% fair comparison. Need to get some better enforcement on the opening packaging in the containers by customers, or a few more signs, but not really the stores fault. Maybe a more orderly line through the store, so you don’t feel trapped in an aisle with people blocking.

Will go back another day to give it another fair shot, not a Saturday though personally. Will update my review then! Wouldn’t avoid the store...

Drove all the way out here just to find out they are Closed !!!!! What a waste of time , kinda of a bummer , when they have great employees that spread the word about the place and it’s not even open , don’t expect me to return negative feedback here 0 - stars I do not recommend , would be nice for the company to add a phone number so you can call before you drive out but no phone number , even the store’s neighbor , says they are never here they make their own hours ……., when they are there there are there poor...
