
I purchased a Lilly and Lottie cowl neck sweatshirt online and was beyond excited about the item. When I got it unfortunately it was too big. I first attempted to call the store in tea to see if they had a smaller size and after 6 minutes on hold I gave up and decided I would drive in and take a chance. The girl who saw me awkwardly standing at the cashier stand finally greeted me after a couple of minutes of standing there. She quickly got me my size and let me wonder around. Not one person asked me if I was finding things ok and when I did go to the dressing rooms I had to interrupt a coworker conversation to ask for a dressing room. I tried on my items grabbed a second color and headed to the jewelry to hopefully find some new items. As Iām standing there I hear a employee tell a customer if her gift card expires not to worry because she can override it and the customer can still use it. I am beyond excited as I had a gift card from a year ago in my bag I wanted to use. I find a ring and head to the register. Again Iām awkwardly standing there. There are multiple employees who make eye contact with me and see me clearly ready with multiple items. There are even two employees at the cash register one checking a customer out and one staring at me and then half trying to help bag? She then goes and says goodbye to another coworker and then as another lady comes up she finally decides to ring me up. I hand over my gift card and what do you know nope it says expired nothing we can do. Are you serious?!?! I just heard you say it doesnāt matter if they expire to another customer!!! My exchange was handled poorly like I should have known my size to begin with and I was a pain for having to spend a minute trying to find an online receipt. I didnāt even want to buy anything at that point. I felt like an outcast in a store that I have been told focuses on their customers and making girls feel good in their clothes. Completely let down and will not be returning. I work in customer service and go out of my way to greet, help and be courteous to any person from the time they walk in the door to the time they walk out making sure I did all I could do during their experience. Completely let down today and even more let down that I let a group of girls make me feel so terrible about myself that I felt ashamed to be in a store like I wasnāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI order at least monthly from Lauriebelles and I have always been a happy customer and loved all the clothes, etc. During the St Patrickās Day drop I bought a jacket that I really wanted right when the line dropped exactly at 10am because I expected this line to sell out. About 15 minutes after after the drop was live, it was advertised that you get a free T-shirt with the jacket that I purchased. I send a message via instagram stating I had already bought the jacket prior to this being advertised and asking if this is something that can be added to my order and they told me they would have to cancel the order completely in order to add the free T-shirt and make a new one and that many of my items I ordered were sold out. Obviously I did not want to cancel my order as I wanted this stuff for St Patrickās day attire. They stated they could not make changes after an order was placed. I can understand that but itās frustrating when you spend a lot of money at a store that you buy from frequently and they cannot accommodate a free T-shirt to a jacket already purchased and why it could have not been made aware at least a couple minutes...

I spent thousands with your company and this is how you treat your loyal customers who only probably came to shop at your store when you teamed up with Chelsea and put you on everyoneās radar in the 1st place. I will for sure never order from this place again I also was a top tier customer and got free shipping I understand we are in a state where the prices are high and you had to get rid of the free shipping but to pull this stunt.
