There's isn't much to like about this company. Prior management allowed you to call them when on vacation to stop service while you're away. New management does allow it unless you'll be gone for more than 4 weeks straight. On top of that they charge you extra fee on top of the regular fee if the cans are not at the curb on garbage day. Basically when on vacation you're charged more because you can't take the cans to the curb. I asked to talk to the owner but the person answering the phone was very rude and refused to forward my message. I would give their customer service zero stars. I wouldn't recommend...

I bought a new property that had RBS already at the location. I Used Rbs for other rental properties. They said They were not going to be able to provide service at the new property because they were already full on their service. This made no sense as they already had a garbage can there and was providing service to the prior owner. They came and got their 6 yd dumpster and put all of the trash on to the driveway and took their dumpster away. I would not recommend RBS to anyone for residential...
