Unfortunately i cant say how staff is aside from the nice lady at reception as i had to leave because i had a child i had to pick up for a different appointment to get to and i was still waiting a half hour past our appointment time with them for my daughter to get her immunizations. Id understand if they were running behind but when all nurses are in one room talking when there's a patient waiting to even be called into a room and they're still talking, thats an issue. If i had showed up 30 minutes past my appointment time i wouldve been told i need to reschedule. If its a work meeting i get it but dont schedule appointments when not one of your people are going to be available. Or if you are running that far behind let the patient know how far behind. I get one week day off a week from work. With multiple kids. I dont have time to wait 30 minutes plus after an appointment time to not even be called...

I was sent here by a hospice agency I volunteer at, for a two-step TB test. So that's four visits in a nine day period. I was originally dreading coming here, expecting to be waiting forever and appointment time running way over, but I was so pleasantly surprised that that was not the case at all! Each visit I had a 1:00 appointment. That is the first appointment post closing for lunch. Every appointment was right on time and I was in and out in a jiffy. Unfortunately- this is terribly ran! Got here 10 min early at 8:20 am. They already had 90 of what was needed already! I just came for two shots it’s 9:00 and they haven’t even given the shots - they also have you blindly sign forms - seems this should be against the law. When I asked for a copy of my signed doc they printed a blank one and gave it to me - I then asked for the fully executed copy and they stapled my signature to the form- like they could staple that to any form they want to! ...
