Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Delaware

Dine in was horrible. They sat you but had to come back up to counter to order and pay. They severed the food in the boxes and sat boxes on chair beside table because there was no room. The bread sticks are never cut and they gave us plastic utensils. We had two young children with us. Made it much harder on us than it needed to be. I needed to get up and ask for everything we needed. There was also someone sitting in a booth on a laptop working. Maybe a manger, I tried asking her for something because no one was around and she couldn’t hear me because she had ear buds in.

Pizza Hut was my first job in high school. Pizza huts across the board have went down hill. I don’t see them being around in another 5 years at the rate...

This Pizza Hut in little Delaware Ohio has cheated me out of at least $40... Every time over the past 5 years I’ve ordered from there they forget something... rather it be the dessert, the blu cheese (69 cent each), the bread sticks... I never made a big deal because it’s like 3$ there or 5$ here... not a big deal. Over the years it adds up! Last time I asked for a refund and the manager was so upset at my request of 2. 07 cent for my blue cheese they didn’t deliver .. she got so nasty (video recorded and uploaded to YouTube).. I understand it’s a small town but that’s no excuse. The management is horrible. This Pizza Hut sucks and cheats ppl out of their money.....

Well to start the manager sandy king is by far the worst we will never return do to her rudeness and the fact I walked in on her talking down about me . We placed a delivery online and it charged me four times over 260$ and all she had to say over the phone was take it up with your bank. So I went to Pizza Hut and when I walked in I overheard her laughing about the matter and when I said something about it she again in person this time said take it up with your bank and after I showed her the bank statements on my phone she try to say it still wasn’t paid for and walked away no pizza no guarantee money would...
