The cigar scene in Columbus, OH is very good: lots of selection, good people, plenty of stores, etc. But 25 minutes north, in Delaware, Casa Aficionado is a place that hits differently, and it’s worth the trip. The moment you walk in, you know immediately that Patricia (owner, certified Tobacconist) has a passion for cigars.

● Atmosphere - perfectly cozy, well ventilated, the way a cigar shop should be. ● Humidor - always stocked, great selection, meticulously humidified ● Accessories - arguably better selection than any store in Columbus.

The main reason I enjoy going is to learn something every time I talk with the owner. I honestly thought I knew the purpose a Maduro wrapper serves — nope.
