Turkey Hill Mini Market — Local services in Delaware

Since I work across the street it's kind of convenient. I don't know if I spend a lot of money there compared to others but I get breakfast sandwiches something for lunch candy bars drinks, all my gas and here where's the problem is. I grabbed three beers to take home after work everyday, everybody knows who I am everybody knows my name. In the past I've gotten upset for being refused to sell me beer because I would not let them scan my license. Everybody knew I was upset but I came back to give him another shot. Once again I was refused to sell beer because the same person and it's the only person working there that refused to sell me beer. I showed them my ID as I'm supposed to, I'm 51 years old with a gray beard and I absolutely look old enough to buy alcohol. Where is it in the rules that states you have to scan my ID or you can't sell me beer. The problem should have been addressed the first time because everybody knew how I felt that work there, and yet they let it happen again. Shame on me the first time shame on Turkey Hill the second time, I will gladly go down the street does Speedway from here on out. Oh and I have been doing this about seven years...

Bank machine here is broke or out of money 75% of the time. Always out of my cigs or have to go to the back to open a new carton. Then I have to stand there feeling awkward bc the cashier huffs and puffs bc she has to go get them. Tues they were out of my cigs so i chose a different brand with 50cent off coupon. After leaving the store i realized she didnt take off the coupon amt on the 2 packs I bought. Oh, I hope you wont need a money order. Either the staff doesnt know how to do a money order, they dont have the numbers they need or simply dont feel like doing the money order smh. Or they say the machine is down. I now get my money orders from Meijer. They cost less anyways. Lastly, I wish I would pay several dollars for a tunafish sandwich! I used to love this place when they were new. Not so much now. After Tues we decided that we will take our business elsewhere. When you leave there you can't go out and turn left on st rt 23 anymore. You have to go right which takes you back to town. Not convenient at all when your wanting to hop on the highway...

I give zero stars, but unfortunately Google makes you at least give one star. That means that I take my reviews seriously. That being said, the pump was sticking!!! I paid for $20 in gas (PREPAID) and I went inside to get the cashier to help me pump to fix her pump, she tried to blame my fuel line and even suggested that i get it fixed or looked at. Since when is a cashier a mechanic expert???

Not to mention, the cashier came out to help me she tried to get the pump to unstick put the pump back into my fuel pump and blames my fuel pump for the pump sticking seriously she pulled the pump out and gas splattered all over my vehicle and herself had I not backed up it appreciate being talked to like that!!!up it would have spashed...
