Jenni’s Nail Spa & Bar — Local services in Delaware

I have been a faithful customer of other popular nail salons for well over 10 years but recently over the past year have been very unhappy with the service, price and quality of these other salons. So I decided to shop around and try many different nail places over a one year period to try and find the best one. I have a running list of 43 salons around central Ohio which have all tried the same service. I have returned to this one for the majority of the months after I went the first time. They do an excellent job. I like high quality, long nails with detailed designs. I also let my nail techs choose designs for me after they get to know my preferences. But the techs here wanted to get to know me fast and have been absolutely amazing at choosing designs for me. I have never been disappointed. Their lengths have been perfect and equal. The shape has been flawless and equal and the amount of time and money I spend in the salon is very reasonable. And I’ve had a different tech each time with the same incredible results. I just went in for a gel manicure with a french tip and ended up with french tip acrylics. the service was a bit awkward in general and I didn’t know what to do after a certain point because I’ve never had acrylics before because I was told they mess up your nails. I had regular length natural nails so I thought they would just do the french tip on my nails, but the first thing they did was clip my nails. After the service, my cuticles were left extremely dry and flaky, and the polish dripped off the side of my left thumb while drying which I didn’t find out until I got home. I was treated the weirdest out of my group of friends and he thought the two Black people in the group were related…I unfortunately don’t think I would go back, but from afar at least the nails look nice even if I didn’t...

I came here for the first time a couple of days ago and for the most part it was great. I however didn't like that the person doing my nails rushed through my manicure and pedicure. During the last step of my manicure (painting the nails) she had applied the base coat and then excused herself to an appointment. But why? It would have taken 5mins to paint my nails and finish with me, your current customer. I ended up having to sit around and wait for my service to be finished by someone else who ended up botching my nail polish and getting it all over my skin and didn't wanna take the time to make sure it all looked nice before I walked out the door. I spent $101 on a spa manicure/ pedicure a it wasn't worth it at all! Save your money and get the basic manicure and pedicure or...
