9/8/24 This is my second review going into Loves a year later.
First of all I asked to see a menu of prices. I was told they didn't have one. So, I asked young lady if they did pedicures, manicures, eyebrows and she said yes. I asked how much they cost and she then handed me the list of services and prices. I indicated I wanted the least expensive pedicure. She ran the bath and instructed me to sit down. I told her I was waiting for a friend who was going to join me. She insisted I sit so I did. As soon as I got my feet wet she pulled a foot out and started working on it. I told her to let my feet soak as they were dry. I was told I would need to pay $37 instead of $27 if I wanted my feet to soak. The price sheet says for $27 feet soak, massage, cuticle, polish. I barely got any service on the sheet and no polish. I was given another gal and she wasn't happy. To make a long story short. I'm done. They won't get my business again.
I'm not rich but I can afford to pamper myself.
I went to pay and when I pulled $100 she made a comment "whoa that's a lot of money". Oh really? You just missed out didn't you. I gave her a $10 tip because I won't be back. I know I look like I can't afford a pedicure but maybe you'll think twice before you mistreat someone else. I hope it was worth it. 1rst review 2023 The salon is way too expensive for as long as nails lasted. Nails should last 2wks and/or a little longer. My quick was not pushed back well enough. I also had pedicure. The gentleman that served me was wonderful. His attention to massage on legs and feet very professional. However, my toenails were treated the same as fingernails, this service needs to improve. The quick on nails wasn't pushed back the way it should have been. This means the applications don't last the way it should. I paid close to $100 including tip. I don't mind paying this price but the service needs to improve. I will attend one more time and if it doesn't improve I will have to give another salon...
Read moreSo Me, my sister & friend went for a pedicure. During the pedicure I noticed that the older lady doing the pedicures used the SAME purple pumice stone & purple brush on all of us. She "cleaned" them using the water from each of our tubs. She used the same brown towel to dry all of our feet before putting polish & when i watched the older gentlemen remove the blue liner from our tubs after we were done.. he never used ANY cleaner before putting a new blue liner. He also wore a pair of grey gloves that he never changed at any point while we were there, he just rinsed his hands with the same gloves on.... its honestly the most uncomfortable situation to be in. We've removed everything we had done & will not be continuing business here anymore & we've been coming here since loves nails opened. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes you guys can follow PROPER sanitation processes...
Read moreWent in for a refill and it’s by far the worst experience I’ve had with my nails. I was charged $60 for a refill and the nails are not worth that price for the service I received. Once I got out and seen them in the light I was able to see bubbles and how uneven my French tips were. I also noticed how she did not clean the off the nails properly like other places do. She left white polish all over my finger tips as well. I called back 10 minutes after leaving and she was extremely rude when I brought up my issues, I explained to her that I was going to a weeding and she refused to fix the issue. She hung up on me and stated she doesn’t give refunds. I asked her to please fix my nails and she refused. It was a simple fill and definitely not worth what I paid. I wouldn’t have minded if the service was great and the work was done properly. Very disappointed with this place. Won’t...
