I’ve been getting my nails done for about 10 years and had my worst experience here. I went in to get a new acrylic set and the technician did a horrible job; the nails were different widths and lengths and the work was very sloppy. The owner/manager also tried to up charge me on everything. They charged me extra for the shape (coffin nails), extra for the length (they weren’t even all that long) and tried to talk me into getting gel polish which was also extra. I felt like I was being scammed. I’ve never been charged extra for length. It seemed fishy to me. I went back for a fill 3 weeks later and the technician (not the one who did the new set) said my nails looked bad and asked who had done them. I told her I’d had them done there. One nail had come off and she had to cut off a lot of the acrylic on the other nails because it was deteriorated. She also worked on making the widths and lengths more even. I went back for another fill (two nails had broken) and was charged $30 because I wanted just the tips painted. One week later and 2 nails have broken. I am not rough with my nails. With one I was opening a container and the other I literally bumped against something and the nail popped off and went flying. I have never had such inferior work done. Even my husband, who is oblivious to nails, noticed that my nails had never broken like this before. So I called the shop and asked to speak to the manager. I politely explained the situation, that even one of her techs had remarked on how poor the work was, and asked if they would cover a new set for me. She refused, said all of her employees are great, and that I should have come in every 2 weeks for a fill. I don’t know anyone that gets a fill every 2 weeks and that has nothing to do with the situation. I again explained that the issue was the original job, that I’d been getting my nails done for years and had never had this issue. She said I could come in for a new set but would have to pay for it. I was not at all happy with the way she handled it. I said that I would take my business elsewhere. I gave her an opportunity to address and fix the situation but she refused. I am sorry to say that I do NOT recommend KT Nails and will never go back. The quality of work provided to me was abysmal, as is their customer service, not to even mention all of...

So I have been going to the salon for about three years or so. At least once a month if not more often. And I always have such a great experience. The girls really do a great job. The only issue that I have with the salon is everyone’s interpretation of nail style is different. I have always gotten a square now. I have never deviated from this. I always get the same thing over and over again. It’s the style that I like. And most of the girls in their do exactly what I want. There are some girls in there that still round out the nail. And it’s entirely too much! The only thing that I would recommend is that V sit down with the girls and really go over shapes of nails. If I say that I want a square cut that means I want at Square. Not square with rounded corners or anything else. I even make a point of telling this to the nail technician every time . that I want to and extremely square cut with no rounding. Other than that I love the salon I will still continue to go to the salon. I just might be a bit more picky with who I let...

I wouldn't give this salon any stars. During my initial visit a guy was the technician, he gave the quickest pedicure, my feet look the same as the did before putting them in the basin with the exception of new polish. My rebase was horrible, he didn't polish my nails to the end.Another tech polished over trying to fix error. I gave a tip,because the lady at least tried to fix my nails.Two days later I had chipped, cracked nails. I went back 12/26/16, 12/27/16 once again I have chipped polish! I've paid these people 80.00 in total,what a waste of time and money . I asked for the owner in the beginning, I should have stood my ground and demanded a refund.
