Pudge Bros Pizza — Restaurant in Denver

The food at this venue is almost always superb - you can get pizza by the slice for lunch or order a whole pie to go. I've seen a few reviews knocking their delivery and I have had the opposite experience.

My brother is an RV mechanic and I assist him on jobs once every week or two weeks - Pudge Brothers delivers to us generally no matter where we are at without failure (as long as we are in their delivery zone) - even in parking lots or in sides of the road, our food shows up hot and quickly and we almost always have leftovers for a snack later due to the generous portion sizes.

We have ordered from this place a ton of times, never had any issues, we tip well, and we are always polite. We called tonight and tried to order our usual , but the guy on the other end told us they don't deliver here or even past Quebec street. We have had deliveries at this same address over 10 times. We asked "when they stopped delivering here?" And he proceeded to just tell us it was to far, without ever answering our question. I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and mozzarella sticks and they delivered me a cheeseburger and wings. I called them 20 minutes later after opening the food and they said if I haven’t touched it they can exchange it. So they were refusing to bring me what I ordered. That’s terrible customer service. The man was suggesting he would then take the food he just gave me to someone else. Great bring me what I ordered and then give somebody else the food you just delivered me.
