This shipping company deserves to be rated zero, scores below zero, in fact, if that were even possible on any platform. The sheer lack of functionality and competency within this entire organization is mind-boggling. How are they able to stay afloat in this economy? We have been trying to get a package delivered for close to a week. We have update our address on three separate occasions, only to be told by the illiterate walnut on the other end of the chat that "they don't have the unit number". Explain how the unit number is allegedly missing but a delivery attempt was made no one was home to sign for a package? Explain to me as if I were the imbicile running the delivery center. While you're at it, please, someone, explain how it is possible to have agreed to the terms and conditions for a no contact delivery, no less than three times, but for that information to have never appeared in the system? Attempting to reach out for help only results in interacting with a robotic voice, even during what should be business hours. And if you dare to call after hours, good luck even getting a response. It's a constant battle to update something as simple as an address, despite providing the information multiple times to multiple "people". They will assure you that your package is en route, but it's all just a facade. Apparently, their delivery driver is some sort of phantom, never showing up on door bell cameras when they make an attempted "delivery". Every individual I've encountered in this company exudes apathetic incompetence and profound idiocy. The customer service representatives seem to be working with an empty skull cavity, bordering on actual lifelessness. It's a maddening experience dealing with such disregard and ineptitude. Read moreWaited 30 minutes while a very weird dude in front of us was trying to send something that the entire staff seemed unsure of. When it was eventually our turn, the employee who just helped out the previous person left and told us someone would be with us "soon" ... after another 5 minutes a new employee arrived to help us.
I asked him a simple question regarding what our options were in the country to which we were sending the document. He told us he would look it up, and while we waited for his response, we conducted our own independent research. When we found a different DHL office, we asked if we could ship it there. He responded "yes but I already put in the information of the original place you mentioned." When asked if we could simply back that information out and start a new shipment transaction to the location we actually needed, he said "sorry I already finalized it." Absolute joke.
Update: my delivery is delayed and I paid $100 to mail legal documents that won't arrive in time for...

This company has no integration with amazon, ebay or any other online platform. I had to get live on phone with shipper abroad to pay tariff duty.
